Returns must be started within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. All tags or labels must still be attached or adhered to the product.
Contact our support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm where to return your item. Please do not send any item without confirmation.
All returns packages must be received within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Every return is inspected upon being received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
