What is your processing time?

Current production is 3-5 days. 

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Yes. Returns must be started within seven days of delivery. Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received, and in the original packaging. All tags or labels must still be attached or adhered to the product.

Contact our support desk at support@namastaynature.com to confirm where to return your item. Please only send items with confirmation.

Your returned item must be received within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us.

 

SHIPPING

Where can I get my tracking number?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see if we ship to your location and to view the shipping rates. We don't allow returns or exchanges on international orders, so we highly encourage you to take your time when selecting your items.

I never received my order; what should I do? 

If the order is marked as delivered, but you have yet to receive it, please wait three business days to see if it gets delivered. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered prematurely. After this time, please contact us for further assistance. 

I received a damaged item; what should I do?

Any items damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item. A new item will be sent, or a refund will be given once a photo is received.

T-SHIRT INFORMATION

What material is used for the T-shirts?

Heather colors are 52% combed ring-spun cotton and 48% polyester.

How do the T-shirts fit?

Please check the listing description and sizing chart. 

How do I care for my T-shirt?

We recommend washing our shirts in cold water, with similar colors and gentle detergent, and hanging them dry or drying them on low heat. We also recommend washing your item inside out to help prevent the design from fading or cracking.
